How to delete your account

If you still have access to the MatchHai app, you can delete your account from inside the app.

• Open the MatchHai app.
• Go to Profile or Account Settings.
• Select Delete Account and follow the on-screen instructions.

If you no longer have app access

You can request account deletion by emailing support@matchhai.com.

Please send the request from the email address or phone number linked to your MatchHai account so we can verify ownership before processing the deletion.

Data we delete

• Account profile information.
• Name, email address, phone number, and profile details.
• Player profile and preferences.
• Team-related personal data.
• Matchroom participation data.
• App activity associated with the account.
• Chat or user-generated content where deletion is technically and legally possible.

Data we may retain

Some records may be retained where required or reasonably necessary for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, tax, accounting, payment or booking compliance, support, abuse investigation, or dispute handling purposes.

This may include booking records, payment or transaction references, support history, abuse reports, fraud prevention logs, tax and accounting records, legal compliance records, and dispute-related records.

Deletion timeline

Account deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days after verification.
